Do we need company regulations?

Employers with at least 10 employees must have company regulations approved by the manpower office, unless a collective labour agreement is in place.

How do we terminate employment lawfully?

Termination must follow the procedure set by law, including notice and negotiation, and the correct severance must be paid. We help you plan it properly to reduce the risk of disputes.

Can foreign nationals work for our company?

Yes, with an approved foreign worker utilisation plan and the related permits. Some positions are closed to foreign nationals.
