Samuel specialises in employment and litigation. He structures employment terminations, advises on industrial disputes and helps companies comply with Indonesia’s employment laws, including foreign investment companies adapting to newly released manpower regulations.
He has represented companies in criminal and civil cases that led to legal recovery in the client’s favour. Clients value his clear, practical advice under tight timelines. Samuel graduated cum laude in business law from Atma Jaya Catholic University and is a licensed advocate of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
